when i was in school i read this quote from my English text book.
Early to Bed , Early to Rise.
Makes a Person.
Healthy , Wealthy and Wise.
Off-course there are people who are working night shifts, who can't follow this saying.
what they can do is have a discipline time table for getting up, after 6 to 7 hours after they go to sleep.
This is more about not getting lazy.
It happens with me that i have a project or i have to go for jogging, At night i tell my self i will get up early.I set the alarm clock at 5 am early morning. what happens then the alarm rings in morning , I get up switch off the alarm and go to sleep.
why this is happening because i am not willing to take action , I think i am comfortable with what i am or what i have.If i sit and think in silence about this question am i really happy with where i am. The answer is NO.
The key here is having that hunger to get up. go to work, go to dance class, go to jogg, go to gym, just get up and work on your goal.
GET UP EARLY AND WORK ON YOUR GOAL.
